Hello Philippines! youth tour is an initiative of Miss Philippines Australia to create young Filipino Australian advocates of Philippine tourism as they discover a love of Philippines, its people and culture, and share this experience with the rest of the world. Terms and Conditions
1. Ten (10) participants will be selected to participate in this special tour of the selected top tourist spots in the Philippines.
2. Included are international flights from Sydney to Philippines, 3-5 star accommodations and breakfast, water bottles during tours, domestic flights, airconditioned transportation, all entrance and sightseeing fees, English speaking guides. Travel insurance is not included . Participants are advised to purchase appropriate cover once selected and tour is confirmed.
3. To be selected, you must be between 18-29 years old, a resident of Australia of Filipino descent, reasonably fit and in good health to be able to undertake the tour activities, and eligible and available to travel to the specified destinations during the specified tour dates.
4. The tour will commence from Sydney so if you reside in other states, you will need to make your own arrangement to be in Sydney on the travel date.
5. Preference will be given to applicants who demonstrate the best willingness and reason to travel to Philippines and ability to share their experience widely to encourage more Australians to visit Philippines.
6. The participants for this tour will be selected by PASC, and their decision is final.
7. The selection will be based on the requirements in (2) and the best responses received in the application form. You will be required to provide proof of eligibility.
8. The price is in AUD and is based on two people sharing a room. Price reflects a 3% discount for cash. If you wish to pay by credit card, then you will be advised the base tour price (i.e. the discounted price plus 3%).
9. Once selected, you will be notified by email along with the more detailed terms and conditions of the tour. You will then have 14 days to accept and submit further requirements, including the 10% initial deposit. This 10% deposit will be refundable until the Tour is confirmed.
10. You will be notified via email that the tour is confirmed which is roughly within 14-28 business days from receipt of the deposit.
11. In participating in this Tour, you agree to be in various publicity photos and videos before during and after the tours for public display. Your image may appear in various photos you may be identified by name. In addition, you agree to appear in photos of other tour members who will be taking pictures for their own purposes.
